Terms and Conditions applicable to sales transactions made through this site


All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made securely via our web site using one of the following methods:

  • Credit Cards: MasterCard or Visa
  • Debit Cards: Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa debit, Solo

We will also accept cheques support by a banker's card (goods will not be released until payment has been approved) banker's drafts or electronic bank transfer into our banking account.

All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order.


We try and hold adequate stock of each of our products, however should an item be more popular than we expected there might be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then we will inform you by e-mail.

It is not our policy to provide any substitute for your order unless we receive prior approval by you via e-mail.


The majority of our deliveries are despatched the following working day if an order is received by 3:00pm GMT and payment authorisation is received. The latest despatch should be no longer than 2-3 working days if the goods are in stock.

All Goods will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery, therefore please allow a period of a further 2 to 3 days for delivery. If your order does not arrive within 7 days pleasecontact us

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of your goods.

Please quote your order reference on any communications with us

You will not be charged for any items that have not been delivered. You have the right to cancel the remainder of your order. We advise our customers to check that the delivery is complete and the contents are in good order and undamaged.

We do not accept responsibility for any extra expenses that may be incurred due to late delivery.

Returns Procedure

Any products returned complete, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Regulations are entitled to a 100% refund as long as we are informed within 7 days following receipt of goods.

To obtain a full refund all goods must be returned to us within a further 7 days after notification by you that you wish to obtain a refund for unwanted goods. All goods must be addressed to:

Full documentation must be enclosed including the reason for return. Goods returned without any notice or copies or delivery invoice of order reference number will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.


The graphical images of the goods shown on the web site may not be true to scale, however any dimensions specified will be a true and accurate statement.


All communications involving personal or financial details transfered from your computer to our servers, or from our servers to the HSBC merchant services are encrypted using SSL. Our website ensures that you are only able to transfer this data to our servers using SSL, you are not able to accidentally bypass this security.

We do not store your credit or debit card details in any form that can be used by a malicious third party. We keep a record of only the last 4 digits of your card number and the type of card used to allow you to identify which card you used for your payments.

No other personal information is stored other than your order history for the purposes of completing and managing your orders. If we require a password or security question for any reason this is stored using a one-way encryption technique that ensures neither we, nor any other party, can read this information.

At the present time we do not sell or deliver our goods outside the mainland UK or Northern Ireland.
